The name Jeremy Clarkson is known by every motoring enthusiast around the globe. His amazing ability to convey information and objective opinions on the vehicles the public love has made him an icon in the fast paced world of luxury, big engines and sleek design. After the massive success of the MPH show last year, Jeremy Clarkson did not think twice to accept the request to be host to the MPH 2008 show.

BP Ultimate will once again be sponsoring the biggest and most spectacular car show in South Africa. Taking place between the 31st of January and the 3rd of February 2008, the Coca Cola Dome in Johannesburg will fill up with thousands of supporters. From the curious to the serious car lover, all can be found at the MPH show. This year there will be a line-up of events that will exceed even the biggest fans’ expectations.

Together with Sasha Martinengo, Jeremy Clarkson will take spectators on a thrilling journey of magnificent color, design and spectacular power. The MPH 2008 show will again bring innovation, technology and motoring performance to the crowds, revealing the best qualities in each of the cars and tempting spectators with the great ideas that are yet to come. A ninety minute HMP theatre show will have audiences screaming for more. Mind-blowing stunt performances, driving showcases and high speed car chases will entertain everyone with their heart stopping line-up. But the thrills do not stop there. Spectators can also look forward to coordinated crashes, burning tires and spectacular explosions.

To get the heart pumping again after the show, MPH has a magnificent gallery of cars waiting to be admired. Here, visitors to the show will be able to get up close and personal with dream vehicles such as the Aston Martin, Lamborghini and Ferrari, and many other exotic cars. It is also an opportunity for motoring companies to launch their new vehicles at the Motoring Pavilion of the show and representatives such as SAAB, Cadilac, Volvo and Opel will be there to raise the curtain on their latest vehicles.
