Located in a quiet position in the heart of the historic winelands village of Franschhoek, Résidence Klein Oliphants Hoek is the perfect place to relax after a day of wine tasting, haute cuisine, mountain hiking or browsing in antique shops and art galleries in the village.

Get cosy in one of our eight rooms, enjoy sunset on the wide verandah with its spectacular mountain views, make yourself at home in front of a large open fire in the comfortable, historic Mission Hall, or head for Bouillabaisse - Camil & Ingrid's trendy Champagne&Oyster bar and seafood deli on Franschhoek's main road - five minutes' walk from the guesthouse.

Résidence Klein Oliphants Hoek was founded in 1999, and is owned and run by Ingrid and Camil Haas. Ingrid and Camil travelled the world and its catering industry for 20 years, and settled down in Franschhoek in 1999. Camil and Ingrid won several awards, including the Eat Out Best New Restaurant 2002 and the Blazon of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs.
