Celebrating a decade of fine fare in 2007, this intimate country restaurant has outlived Jessica, the adored cross boxer bulldog from Montagu, which inspired the name. The graceful house situated in the heart of Montagu has undergone extensive renovations, including a landscaped garden dedicated to Jessica's K9 friend - Gertie... Be our guest and enjoy chef Heinrich-Werner's delicious cuisine, such as Kudu Carpaccio, Crab and Shrimp cakes, followed by oven roasted Venison Loin with bitter Chocolate and Berrie flavors, Crispy Roast Duck and Lamb Noissettes as house specialties. End the evening with Creme Brulee or Chocolate Souffle. Carefully selected local wine list to complement excellent food.
