Chamonix Restaurant nestles beneath majestic oak trees with breathtaking views across the picturesque Franschhoek valley to the Simonsberg mountains beyond. We invite our guests to "feed their souls" on the stunning scenery whilst dining 'al fresco' under the oak trees or inside next to the log fire. A unique feature of Chamonix Restaurant is the wine tasting room, which offers complimentary wine tasting so that diners can be choose the best wine to accompany their meal. The Head Chef Dane Newton has a menu is based on Classical French cuisine with a bit of a Japanese twist. A sushi bar in the restaurant allows you to watch while your mouth watering sushi is prepared, take-aways are also catered for.
