Confirmation of bookings / Deposit:
Bookings can be finally confirmed, when 50% of the full accommodation fee has been received. Deposits are required for all bookings; to be paid into our bank account immediately after reservation.
The balance is to be paid 10 days prior arrival. Banking details will be provided at reservation.
Deposit is non-refundable, unless cancelled period is re-let, in which case a 10% cancellation fee applies.
