The Vintage Tractor Fair is unlike anything you would expect, with its festive atmosphere gracing the streets as many come to watch history roll on by.
Description:
Twenty years have passed since the ‘Vintage Tractor and Engine Fair’ took the stage, momentarily housing some of the most beautiful antique collections to date. Most of these beauties make their trail up to the Free State from many parts of South Africa and as far a field as sunny Kwazulu-Natal.
Support for the Vintage Tractor Fair has certainly increased over the years since 1989, going from 29 tractors to over 153, certainly making an impression. There is much to keep the whole family entertained from the team of splendid Nguni bulls pulling a hand plough, to horse riding, live music and pubs.
The fair runs from 1 to 3 March. This is really something not to be missed!
