If classical music is something that soothes your soul, then make a date and come experience the delightful sounds produced by Grant Brasler.
Nothing quite makes a beautiful sight than that of the salient St. George’s Cathedral, airy, standing tall, with the gentle sounds of soloist Grant Brasler on Harpsichord and Organ drifting gently through the mysterious cathedral.
During the first part of 2007, the gifted Grant Brasler played an integral part at the lovely St. George’s Cathedral as Interim Director of music. However, to date, Grant throws his passion into the renowned St Cyprian School as a talented music teacher, choirmaster and organist.
Much can be said of his talent, having performed as the soloist at Cape Town’s lovely City Hall in 2005 at the Gala Centenary Concert, performing Guilmant’s Symphony No 1 for the Organ as well as the Orchestra collectively with the renowned Cape Philharmonic Orchestra.
He has also performed concerts featuring the Bach’s Brandenburg Concerto No 5 as well as the D minor Harpsichord Concerto together with the well-known Cape Philharmonic Orchestra.
