Description:

This physical challenge will see contestants swimming a 1.9km double lap off the lovely Hobie Beach, however, they have a cut off time at 09h20, an allowance of 2 hours and 20 minutes to complete the course. From there they will need to complete the 180km cycle, which will take them along the coast, over rolling hills and will have to be completed three times, giving them a good 10 hours and 30minutes with cut off occurring at 17h30.

With already so much of the route having being completed contestants will have to keep their endurance up to complete the 42.2 kilometre run along a relatively flat route with final cut off point at 24h00 precisely.
