The Two Oceans Marathon 2008 is set to be just as exciting as it was last year, with the closing date for entry just round the corner. So if you have not already entered, this is the time to do so.

Description:

Nike presents ‘The Old Mutual Two Oceans Marathon’, that has become both locally and internationally acclaimed with over 20 000 participants running up to 56 kilometres or 34.8 miles. Nothing could seem more enchanting than running in what has to be one of the most scenic landscapes along any route, passing two of the greatest oceans along the shoreline of South Africa - the Atlantic and Indian Ocean.


So come and join this incredible journey with hundreds of supporters waiting to edge you on to the finish line!


Entry fee: South African Entrants

Runners who own chips (including vat): R140.00

Runners who do not own a chip or have lost their chip (including vat): R210.00


Entry Fee: African Entrants

Runners who own chips (including vat): R430.00

Runners who do not own a chip or have lost their chip (including vat): R500.00


Entry Fee: Overseas Entrants

Runners who own chips (including vat): R620.00

Runners who do not own a chip or have lost their chip (including vat): R690.00

Race Distances:

ULTRA Marathon: 56 kilometres (34.8 miles)

HALF Marathon: 21.1 kilometres (13.1 miles)
