Curry Tales is an amazing array of narrative storytelling with actual live on stage cooking! The best part of it all is the easy persuasion for audience participation in both preparing and eating whatever is prepared by the brilliant Rani Moorthy. It won’t take much encouragement for our South African audience, that’s for sure, just hope there’s enough!
As you make your way through this culinary ‘curry’ exploration of the world, much will be revealed through British history as to its role in the spreading of curry through a variety of avenues such as migration, trade, colonies and the great success made through the South Asian Diaspora. Thus you are guaranteed to have much ‘food for thought’!
