Dear Support at South Africa.com,
I could find no other way of getting this message to the administrators of this website.
I think it is very important that you know that to navigate through the SouthAfrica.com website is an absolute nightmare. You should go back to the people who buildt this website and have it fixed.
For example:
1. The section on Travel gives you the option to browse in Afrikaans. When you click on said word, a Configuration Error comes up. The information in the address window changed to
http://zurich.he.net/cgi-bin/error500. It also says "CGI environment at the time of this error was". "Administrators should refer to *User CGI Script Demo and *User CGI Script Verification."
2. Still in the Travel section in the Search facility, I have tried "Clanwilliam", "Camping Sites", "West Coast", "Western Province", Cedar Mountains" with the option "South Africa" (versus "the world") clicked on, with the same error result.
3. Your site is too clamoured - it takes for ever to download. I work from a Pentium 4 with 128 MB ram and processor speed of 1.8 GH.
I would appreciate it if you could come back to me in this regard.
Thank you
