Yummy! Made in Switzerland, I've bought it in the US from places like Central Market and Whole Foods.
If you put "knorr aromat" into google it will give you a plethora of website where you could buy it. As for a substitute, I can't think of anything that's really the same. Aromat is mostly salty, so I guess just using salt instead would be allright.
