Aromat is a yellow, salty "if it has no flavour, throw on some Aromat" foodstuff. I believe that it is predominantly MSG.

Omit the Aromat from your recipe and let the natural flavours dominate.

Don't get me wrong: I eat Aromat out of the shaker all the time - it isn't so much that it tastes good as that the salt, fat and MSG combination is addictive. It's also very bad for you.
