Ches - You are partially correct. The roads network is comprised of a combination of roads owned and operated by national government, provincial government, local government, private toll road operators and concession owners.Still,I was talking about the ones owned by government.Back to my point.Where is the road tax going for road upkeep?
Money is taken from somewhere for something else and the roads are definately not getting that funds.I'ts going somewhere else. The private toll operators might be spending on their little piece of road upkeep, but the government is definately not on the bigger network.
Also off topic,
If you guys want to disagree with each other, fine but keep it simple.
The reason I think Moonwalker was getting 'worked up' was because Ches was having a go at SB Angel/southafricanboy?.Might also be seen as 'getting personal'.I have'nt been keeping up with all this and don't have time being a prefect everywhere.
I got caught up in this one and think I had to say something.
Moonwalker, southafricanboy, ches and karmaflux. Please let's keep it cool guys. This is a very laid back forum. We all love South Africa dearly and bordering on 'extremist patriotism' like you probably know from your wife karmaflux?
I scare myself sometimes when my piotratism clash with another. Not a nice sight.
The fact is we probably got people with left and right wing opinions.Disagree, say why you disagree and keep it simple.
If you guys want to make me mad then I got no other option but to get my wife on this forum to balance things out.
If that happens I'm outa here.....
Seriously.I'm going to delete any posts with personal attacks, that still continue after this post.
Topic: Crime and unemployment!
