I would rather not say the name of the book I’m scared I it would be slanderous. I bought it of a South African website. I enjoyed the pictures and that was that. I was the twit on the other end that thought I was buying a recipe book but just got pictures instead with a few recipes. Enough about that.
Cass Abrahams book The Culture and Cuisine of the Cape Malays have been highly recommended to me recently so I’m trying to find a copy. I have tried the
http://www.kalahari.net , but they seem to be out of stock. I’m really eager to find out more about the Cape Malay way of cooking. If you have any Cape Malay recipes handy please post them on the forum.
