Well, that's the truth, isn't it? Actually, the portrayal of Africa in Hollywood is the only good job that Hollywood has done throughout its history. Despite all that, we still see signs of political correctness, for example how whites are portrayed as the evil behind the troubles in Africa, like in Blood Diamond (and even Black Hawk Down). Nonetheless, Blood Diamond is my favourite African movie because it does not gloss over the fact that there are white Africans out there, who are proud of their heritage and achievements in Africa, and are not afraid of being politically incorrect (for example, continuing to refer to Zim as RHODESIA).
