Anyone else agree that the South African accent is the most beautiful accent in the world? After emigrating to America, I have unfortunately lost it.
I cannot stand the American accent even though I have it myself.
Anyway, I was referring to the accent a first-language English-speaker would have. As we all know there are many distinctive accents within South Africa. It's funny how people around the world try to say we only have one accent. I wonder how that came about.
