How do you respond to non-Africans who say a white African is a joke? This problem is especially prevalent here in my current residency America. Whenever I inform people that I am from South Africa they look at me confused and ask stupid questions such as "Why are you white?" or "Did you live with lions or something?" It's quite funny to see their faces whenever I respond how South Africa used to have a currency greater than the American dollar.
Perhaps in the future I should ask why the American rugby team is so terrible.
But the white African ignorance is really starting to annoy me. A lot of Americans like to claim that America is a white nation even though it belongs to the Native Americans whom were Indians. They should remain quiet too since white settlers in America have slaughtered so many Indians and forced them out of their land.
