I'm a South-African currently in the United States studying International Business....one of the projects I have to do is to Invest in a foreign country.

I chose South-Africa...I was thinking of doing business out of the US into South-Africa by setting up Motels there.

Can anyone help me on where to start...the FDI legislation on Real Estate in South-Africa and maybe people I can contact to help me with this project.
