hey,
i know what a croquembouche cake is, but not the other one. It is a traditional French Wedding Cake made of medium sized puff pastries, filled with a custard, most popularly vanilla custard. you can visit thefrenchgourmet.com for a picture. they pile the puffs up in a cone shape. its pretty interesting. about the other dessert you mentioned, i have no idea what that is, but its probably french too. okay, bye.
