Some refugee from CUBA now residing in SA is claiming that he has millions of dollars in a security depot. He is offering a good percentage if I will travel in SA change the ownership of the money in my name and transfer it to another country through a non-resident bank account in SA. We will then leave the country and split the money accordingly.
