I am 22 years old, American, and I am engaged to the most wonderful man in the world who happens to come from South Africa. My honey said he would not have anything to do with the wedding cake if it wasn't a fresh cream cake. I've called every baker in our area, and they have no idea what I'm talking about when I ask them about fresh cream cakes. (All they know is whipped cream and butter cream) So, can anyone offer any recipes for a fresh cream cake?

do a search on yahoo.com i had a quick look there are a
