Looking for Phyllis Mtanga

My name is Ben Ziraba Nyende and am looking for a good friend of mine.

Her name is (was if she is married now) Phyllis Mtanga and she was raised up in Uganda with a brother, till 1975 when her father Mwasdile Mtanga arrangedd for her and her brother to join him in Mississaga Canada.
If anybody knows her, please pass this note to her. I now live in Los Angeles, California.
