After living in Europe for so long now, there are certain things I miss so much about SA

Living in Nortcliff in Jo'burg, most of my life, I do miss the build up to a thunderstorm, I do so miss the the dark clouds over Aasvoel kop, then comes the thunder and the lightning......I loved it!!!

Am I weird or what? you just don't get it in the uk

dude, you've got the homesick blues, that's all!

My grandmother used to live in Northcliff, not too far from aasvoël kop. I also love the buildup to a mid-afternoon thunderstorm. Luckily we do get those over here in Texas.

Oh man. Visit Tennessee in August. You don't know what a thunderstorm is! (If you're brave, visit Oklahoma, but watch out for Tornado Alley!)
