Property Investment for foreigners in SA

I am 100% in favour of curbing the influx of foreign investment of property in SA

Allthough I would love to buy a property in CT, and able to afford it, I do respect the new laws proposed
It would give local people an opportunity to purchase at a more realistic price....

Property pices in Britain have now gone beyond a joke!!!

I subscribe to a UK network 'SKY TV' which enables me to watch both SA and French TV
The SA channel is NSAT

I saw this on one of the news reports a few days ago, and I do agree with restrictions on land purchase, my brother is a few years younger than me, and is finding it difficult to buy in CT due to all the escalating prices, caused by foreign investment for Holiday Homes
