Hello from France

I am French, I teach English as a foreign language.
When I was a student, I spent a year in Cape Town (in 1980, so quite a few years ago) , studying at UCT.

After I returned home, I kept in touch with a few people at first, but as often happens, correspondance died out after a while.
When I saw this site on the net a few days ago, I felt this could be an opportunity to re-establish links with some South Africans and find out more than what I know just from the international news.

For the moment, I'm thinking of posting on some of the threads and I'll start with the pen pal thread.
