Where the Zulus the natives of South Africa were they also on the west coast? near CAPETOWN the best town?

Lightbulb History

Hi there.
The Bushmen were the first to occupy SA and yes they were very small with large buttocks and very good hunters. They lived mainly in the Kalahari Desert and lived on all kinds of bush fruits ground grubs and animals that they tracked and killed. Sadly they are a dying race there are but a handfull left.

The Zulu nation who were the might of the African tribes were from Natal and still are there. No they were not at the Cape

The Xhosa people mainly from the Transvaal areas and a lot of these worked on the Gold Mines and lived in the Mine Compound without their families only going home once or twice a year.

Yes Cape Town is still the best place over a lot of others all over the world, and it has become a Tourist Mecca with over 6,000,000 people visiting in the past year absolutely amazing!!
I too now reside in Australia, and although it has given me a lot i still yearn for the good old Table Mountain and the good life!!
I would return for good if not for my commitments here.
I was bred and raised in Cape Town and it holds very fond memories for me. I too have been back several times over the years and just love it there. I cry everytime i have to leave it behind.
Cheers Tony
