Black SA's and African-Americans

The reason why the African-American(AA) on average is not perceived to be very intelligent, could be due to the fact that only the dumbest Africans were taken as slaves to the USA. Then inbreeding followed.

Now, compare this to South-African Blacks, who are probably the most progressive and intelligent on this planet. Every other member of parliament has a doctorate degree.

Much more could be said on this........but what is your opinion ?

I couldn't DISAGREE more! genetics plays at absolutely
maximum a 10% part of a persons intellegence
The other 90% is plain and simply based on the education
a person received! your brain is exactly like a muscle
the more you use it the better it works!!
I have seen so many examples of this its not funny!!!

Go talk to an adult with a standard 6 only, you'll see

always seem so smart about everything ,their brain is fit!

I've seen examples even of late starters (+25 year olds)

to talk to by getting an education,and doing a job that

The question here is:

AA's and Black SA's have both been subjected to repression and prevented from proper education for decades. Still Black SA's have managed to progress much more than AA's.

What is the reason for this ?
