How has colonialism had a negative impact on South Africa in particular and Africa as a whole.

The colonialists in South Africa did not murder/eliminate the indigent population, such as happened in North America!

colonialism, well just as much as it ravaged africa's people and its resources, it also left is with some positive things, like infrastructure,we're able to deal with europeans on their level, their expertise does not overwhelm us, as might have done our ancestors.As with any situation, you take the good and try to reconcile the bad. Africanism and Europeanism can co-exist.whatever happened, happened, so now we just deal with it.

European colonialism has have a very negitive impact on blacks. The others who spoke obviously dont know or dont say. The indegenious people have suffered massavely.
They have been put out of there land and suffer in slums, poverty stricken, starving.
Living in cardboard shacks. At one time most of the trible people could build beautiful huts, but they cant even do that in most parts because of the take over of the land and laws of the whiteman. Ethopian could supply the world with food. We use to get coffee there before we got it from Columbia.
Now the blacks are starving. Europeans brought disease and an immoral lifestyle that is kill the blacks of Africa. Africans need to unite.
