Neahhhh!!!!U're certainly not a dom boertjie, trust me!Infact I'm glad that you are the first one to show interest in this topic.I guess I was wrong when I mentioned the "Zulus" will most defenately go for it.
I don't know how to begin this but the general meaning of "izithakazelo" is "clan names".I wish I could explain it further but unfortunately I don't have the adequate English words to put it.Perhaps somebody could help me on this one.(U George uyabaleka manje---ha!ha!ha!ha!ha!)
Thanx 4 ur interest Soois!

MAGATSHENI

Mina ke ngiyintombi yakwa Zulu. Intombi zakwa Zulu uzibona ngefiga!!!
I liked your idea of 'izithakazelo'

Here's mine noma ngingeke ngisiqede:
Mthembu - MVELASE, OWAVELA ENYANDENI, WADLA AMATHIWANE NOMA INDLALA IWILE...

I'd like to here more people with their own. I bet even the Afrikaans have something similar to this. To those who are trying to figure out what this is: It's an elaboration of one's last name. Most names are derived from other names. The Zulu's used this a lot back in the tribal days as an introduction to whom they were when meeting someone or entering someones home. It almost showed a sense of pride for who you were and what you stood for. (This is a rough explanation but explains the basic idea.)
