Could somebody please tell me what this means:

ek ser jo ist lekker moi.

Somebody wrote it in a letter but i dont speak afrikaans.

It appears that someone is extending a rather lovely compliment to you.....I say you are lovely or I say you are good looking....

Not sure what the work mooi means as my Afrikaans is a bit rusty.

The phrase in proper Afrikaans would read:

Ek sê, jy is lekker mooi!

To tell you the truth, "lekker" does not really make sense here. The phrase therefore means (without "lekker"):

I say, you are beautiful!
