good will message

My friend who used to live in South Africa has sent me a message via email for a sponsored run I am doing but I don't know what he means. Please could anyone help me?

Hey,

As near as I can tell, that message is in Swahili, a language spoken in Kenya/Democratic Republic of Congo/Burundi/Tanzania.

Swahili is not a major language in South Africa, but is related to the Nguni languages isiXhosa, isiZulu, isiNdebele and siSwati. It is possible that someone can help you, but you might do better finding a site from one of the other countries.
