Question Waka Waka : Zulu part, help for translation

Hello everybody,

Can you help me to translate the part of Zaloni Mahola in Waka Waka song. I used a software but i don't know if that's good or not. Thanks for your help. (Waka Waka means "do it do it" in Fang)

Original
Abuya lamajoni piki piki mama one a to z
Athi susa lamajoni piki piki mama from east to west
Sathi, Waka Waka ma hé hé
Waka Waka ma hé hé
Zonk'izizwe mazibuye
Cuz this is Africa

My translation :
Teams are back to defend their country, one a to z
They eliminate the other teams to defend their country from east to west
As they say, do it, do it, ready, eh eh
Do it, do it, ready, eh eh
All countries can participate
Coz this is Africa
