what kind of accent is this?

I heard an Afrikaans video where one character was pronouncing 'jou' as an English 'j', and also pronounced 'praat' as 'prawt'. Where would this kind of accent be from?

I'm not sure about the "prawt" bit, but the Coloured people in the Cape pronounce "j" as in English.

This doesn't quite illustrate the point, but I found this video which gives some idea of Cape slang...
