Anyone read the books "Amongst The Marines and "Always A Marine" by Steven Preece.

I thoroughly enjoyed them. I clocked them on the Amazon.com website, but chose to get my local bookstore to order them. It was a short wait, but worthwhile. Initially I thought, hhhmm, just another soldier's story. How wrong I was.

The books played with my emotions. They were violent, disgusting, hilariously funny and yet quite sad.

Has anybody else read these? And can anyone recommend any similar books?
