Want to emigrate in SA after I graduate the medicine faculty

Hi I'm a 22 years-old male who studies medicine in Romania and I want to move in SA after I graduate. I will finish my studying in 2 years from now and I would like to practice medicine in SA. I'd like to bring with me also my girlfriend Laura who's studying stomatology and she will graduate the same time like I will.
We're very serious about this thing.We would like to live in SA as a family and to build our future in SA together.
