cape town adventure

Im from Canada planning a 6 month "adventure" of working and wondering around Cape Town. Any advice on where I should look for jobs at? Iwould love to work around animals or the tourist industry. (Obviously I am looking for a good time of drinking and partying and of course beautiful nature)
