How do I know what God's will for my life is??

Hi. I'm a college student and for a long time I've had a strong desire to be a missionary. I love worship music and writing songs, I love other countries and I'm good at learning languages. And people's salvation is the most important thing in the world to me. I think being a missionary would be exciting and fullfilling, the most incredible thing I could ever think of, but how do I know if this is God's will for me? Will I know until I give it a try? I haven't really told anyone about this. Sometimes I'm worried that I'm not good enough.
