Hello

Sorry, can't help you with the university, but you CAN change your status from tourist to student or permanent resident while in South Africa, according to the new laws.

Sorry that I couldn't be more helpful. If I can help in any other way, do let me know my email is

jemila910@yahoo.com

I'm a foreigner residing in SA, so I might be able to help.

Love and enjoy your stay.

Jemila
