The chatrooms of popular chat sites are full of nicks that are computer programs called chatterbots that simulate to be real persons users of the chatroom. The chatroom is supervised by employees of the site. This or these operators may read what a user sends in private or public inside the room. The operator can bypass the program of the chatterbot if he considers that to be necessary to improve the performance of its nick facing the user. The chat owner hire the services of people who keep electronic mail with the users whom were seduced in the chatroom by some of the nicks selling they were the persons they met in the chatroom using these ones. This is a well kept secret in the Internet and there are not any kind of literarure on the matter which speaks in the way we do.
