Ches - You are partially correct.The roads network is comprised of a combination of roads owned and operated by national government, provincial government, local government, private toll road operators and concession owners.Still,I was talking about the ones owned by government.Back to my point.Where is the road tax going for road upkeep?

Money is taken from somewhere for something else and the roads are definately not getting that funds.I'ts going somewhere else.The private toll operators might be spending on their little piece of road upkeep,but the government is definately not on the bigger network.

Also off topic,

If you guys want to disagree with each other,fine but keep it simple.

The reason I think Moonwalker was getting 'worked up' was because Ches was having a go at SB Angel/southafricanboy?.Might also be seen as 'getting personal'.I have'nt been keeping up with all this and don't have time being a prefect everywhere.
I got caught up in this one and think I had to say something.

I scare myself sometimes when my piotratism clash with another.Not a nice sight.
