The Power Crisis
YouTube - South Africa : The Biggest Problem since Apartheid....
Interesting video about the power crisis in South Africa. They have a lack of skilled workers at the power company yet they refuse to hire some people because they are white. Now is it really appropriate to use affirmative action in a case where skilled workers are desperately needed? I think not. There's a perfect example of how affirmative action can potentially harm the economy and of course the people.
