In spite of purchasing FIFA World Cup 2010 match ticket ,south african embassy in Islamabad Pakistan did not issue visa whereas my sponsor was my wife's brother of PRP holder of south africa. Guide me to whom I should approach for refund of match ticket and other expenses incurred upon travelling to embessy for interview?
