A Video Tour Of Wildlife On A 2-Day Stay In Kruger National Park, South Africa
This is a short series of video clips I shot while touring with a group of 21 others in Kruger National Park in South Africa after a mission trip in Kwazulu-Natal. The trip was in Sept. 2011. The wildlife was really prolific! I was surprised at the abundance of multiple kinds of game seen all in one place on several occasions in addition to many sightings of smaller or individual groupings. There was a lake that was teeming with crocs, hypos, kudus and all kinds of birds! Elephants and giraffes were everywhere and we saw all of the Big 5 in only a day and a half of cruising! If you want to see lots of game in the wild, ruged natural African habitat, you won't be disappointed in Kruger! I don't know if it's that way all the time, but in September (springtime) it as sure great. I shot everything with a Panasonic Lumix GH2 with 14-140mm and 40mm Lumix lenses. Videos were shot at 1080P-24fps and look stunning on Blu-ray.
