The top 10 Pastry Chefs in South Africa compete for the esteemed title of 'Huletts Pastry Chef of the Year 2012' held at the South African Chefs Academy in Observatory, Cape Town and presented by Spill.co.za. Participating chefs were Antonino Allegra of Cocoafair, Vicky Gurovich of The Mount Nelson Hotel, Ciska Rossouw of Jordan Restaurant with George Jardine, Joanita Venter of Oyster Box, Janine van Zyl of Cold Gold, Lindy Pretorius of The Westcliff Hotel, Nathan Jacobs of The 12 Apostles Hotel, Glen Williams of La Calombe and Andrew Green of Clico Boutique Hotel.
