Walking safari in South Luangwa National Park, Zambia

This is a video of a bush walk in South Luangwa National Park in Zambia. It starts with the briefing and then shows what its like to enjoy the wilderness on foot. We've left the original sound track so you can enjoy the sounds you'll hear. The guides take time to explain the flora and fauna to you, showing you how to track in the soft sands of the river bed. It was taken by a Real Africa staff member on a Norman Carr safari in Zambia,. This walk started at Nsolo Camp and the last scenes are looking down at the Luwi River. On these safaris you walk with the guide from camp to camp, or can transfer by vehicle game-drive if you wish. It is an amazing way to really experience the African wilderness.
